Due to the huge amounts of mail we've been receiving, we're finding it harder to reply to all mail concerning Pokemon Games - if you need help with these games, please post in the forums. To summarise, we will not be answering any more Pokemon Game related questions.
Bug Reporting: If you are emailing us a bug report, please be specific. If the error is something on the site, please specify the page you saw the error on. If it has to do with a particular game, please specify the game. Emails of "when you go into the one room you find an item" and "you spelled "the" wrong on that one page" do not help us resolve any issues. Finally, please check The Site To-Do List before submitting a bug or suggestion. Thank you.
Note to Parents: Yes, we are quite aware that the advertisements on our site can occasionally be inappropriate for children. These ad banners are run across the entire GameSpy Network and this situation is not something we have control over. We have tried, to no avail, to get GameSpy to address this situation. However, the admins of Psypoke feel that the benefits of being able to run our technologically-complex site for free on this network outweigh the disadvantage of occasionally PG-13 rated advertisements. We apologize for this inconvenience, but don't bother writing us to complain about the ads because we cannot change them. We suggest that you use the combination of FireFox and AdBlock to avoid these and all other annoying internet ads.
Affiliation Applications: If you are applying for affiliation, please include your site address and a note of the button you would like placed on your site. Please note that we will not affiliate with sites that are nothing more than small forums; your site must have an actual webpage or be a large forum. Affiliation can take some time to process, but you should receive an email when we receive your submission. You must be able to place our button on every page of your site, as that is what we do here. Illegal content on your site will automatically disqualify your site. We are currently only seeking English-speaking affiliates; an International section may follow. General rule of thumb is that we are looking for other Pokemon sites, but consideration will be given to exceptional non-Pokemon websites.
