If your Salamance is Male, and what its breeding with in its egg group has HydroPump as a egg move, What is it your breeding? Also, the Psydex can help.

all trades go there. not here. this is for general questions, like "where is blah", "by how much does doohicky increase stat", etc.
also, don't double-post.

As long as the male of the two pokes knows the move, then the egg will get it. But if the Salamance that knows Hydro Pump is the female then it wouldn't get passed on too. Only what a male knows.
I'm not sure what it is that you are trying to do and how this helped.
Its a female. I can breed a whole heap of em tho till male. Whats the best nature and does this mean by altaria might learn hydro pump?

You can only pass the move to pokemon who have that move as possible to be bred onto, Looking at the page for Charizard-
http://www.psypokes.com/dex/psydex/006/breeding Does not have Hydro Pump as a listed Egg move, so it cannot be passed to him.

I was playing around with the new damage calculator and it counts the sandstream bonus as 50% protection, like light screen.
I always heard it just raised special defense 50%, which is a different result, by a fair deal too. Soo can anyone verify that the calculator is wrong? I've rarely had a rock type in sandstream, especially since I stopped using aerodactyl, so I have no clue beyond what people tell me.
To restate the question, is sandstream a 50% bonus to special defense or 50% protection like lightscreen?

I also found an error on the damage counter while trying to figure out how much Overheat would do on a Kyogre from Groudon using it, maxed out with Sp. Att and Choice Specs. It gave me something like 1hp loss or something along those lines, maybe perhaps because it couldn't figure out what to use between drought or drizzle?

As it said, right under the tittle, there is a 'talkback' feature, new.
Sandstorm is a 50% boost to Sp Def i belive.

3, maxing at 1/4 HP, Stealth Rock is 1 layer, maxing out at 25% Rock-damage.

Because you need a x4 weakness to steal rock to lose half your health so the damage has to be 1/8 on nuetral. So the max has to be either 50% or 1/8 depending on what you mean by maxing out.

Sorry for any confusion, yeah, brainfart from me... 12.5% dmg Base...
Elite42, check the psydex for the moves/abilities. http://www.psypokes.com/dex
Random google links report a bonus 12.5% Critical hits for scope lens. Razor Claw has other uses, and apparently isnt any better.

OK, supposedly
Razor Claw = 12.5%
Scope Lens = 12.5%
Focus Energy = 25%
But how much is "Raises the chance of getting a critical hit" for Super Luck and how much is "High critical hit ratio" for Night Slash?

Both of those values are 12.5%. Which would mean that Night Slash with Super Luck makes a 25% chance.

Hi.
Umm, I was wondering how do you get a Wi-Fi Connection?
my brother said they getting them in MacDonalds but I don't really want to go there anytime I want to go online.
...and is it possible to get Nintendo Event only pokemon (such as Arceus, Darkrai and Shaymin) without going ALL the way to the U.S or Japan?

If you have a Drifblim with unburden and a berry held
and moves: Natural Gift and Recycle
Will Recycle make it possible to let you use Natural Gift again?
And will Speed double again when you use Natural Gift again?
Thanks

Driftblims speed boost cant be batton passed, so theres not much use in trying it out.
A few. Giratina, Cresselia, Heatran, then theres the event onlys, Arceus, Darkrai, and Shamin, they arnt generally available without a Action Replay or simliar.
http://www.psypokes.com/dex/index.php - last few enteries detail the legendaries, check locations.
