These are the official Psypoke Forum Rules. Please adhere to them at all times. Moderators and Administrators reserve the right to freely Edit, Delete, Move and Lock posts without warning or reason. Failure to abide by these rules may result in a ban depending on the seriousness of the breach.
Note that the rules may be changed by the administrators at any time. If you have a question about any of these rules, please ask a Moderator or Administrator.

By accessing “Psypoke” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Psypoke”, “http://www.psypokes.com/forums”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “Psypoke” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Psypoke” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Psypoke” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Psypoke” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

» 11. Do not post links to unsolicited sites. If the information can be found on Psypoke, avoid linking to other sources. If you must advertise another site, do so in the Advertising Forum. Advertising outside of this forum is strictly prohibited - this includes advertising in forums, and advertising by private messaging.

Signatures and Avatars |
» 1. Ensure that your signature does not expand the screen on a 1024x768 resolution.

» 2. Ensure that your signature is not more than 200 pixels in height.

» 3. Avoid using signatures that take too long to load.

» 4. The current restrictions on avatars is: Height 70 pixels, Width 70 pixels, Filesize 10240 bytes (10kb).

» 5. Signatures and avatars must follow the same rules as posting messages.
