Wel.....I'm not really a sports person (football, rugby, hockey) but love unusual sports like skiing, archery, BMXing, running (with Polly) and trampolining!

Yup! Its true then, rifling is definitely harder... MY FRIEND LIES! Lol. 3/40 huh? Well, weren't the other shot in the red or sumthing? Oh, and yes, trampolines are fun . Try jumping from a trampoline into a pool. Loads of fun .

well for boy scouts rifling its not just accuracy, its also precision. i think what you have to do is "Using a .22 caliber rimfire rifle and shooting from a benchrest or supported prone position at 50 feet, fire five groups (three shots per group) that can be covered by a quarter. Using these targets, explain how to adjust sights to zero."
theres a bunch of other stuff like shooting for points (which is also impossible i might add) but this shooting 15 shots within a quarter business is seriously difficult.
the shooting reqs for archery are slightly easier but i had to try twice:
"Recurve or Longbow - A FITA/NAA Olympic (outdoor) round and make a score of 80 points."
theres a bunch of other options for the shooting (diff bows and ranges) but this is what i did. i suck at longbow so i used a recurve.

Doesn't accuracy mean precision? Lol
80 points? What is ur guys' point distribution for the rings on the target? Mine goes from 1-10 (outer white circle to inner two yellow circles). And we get 6 arrows...
YA! RECURVE ALL THE WAY! Longbow is a pain and Compound is for those who take the challenge out of archery.

I like both football (soccer) and cricket when its the right time. I haven't seen anyone talk about cricket in the sports discussion thread so it will be nice to know if there are any other cricket fans out there.
cant belive we are not gunna lose to the aussies in the ashes for once. its either a draw or a win which is better than normal
