I'm not sure I get what you're saying. If multiple people believe in solipsism, there's no problem. There's nothing saying that they aren't lying about being the only person in existence. Also, if I'm the only one who exists, then whatever these puppets around me say is of no consequence. They're just nothing. If one of them says they are the only person in existence, they're wrong. They're not even a person from my point of view, do they can't be the only person. Even if I do see them as a person, they're wrong because I know I exist.

The question of existence can only be answered once existence has been defined. Is the perception of something enough to declare that it exists? Or can only something that can perceive exist? If that is the case, we perceive inanimate objects that cannot themselves perceive, so, in essence, we only perceive that which does not exist. We can however, perceive others; they perceive therefore they would exist, so when we perceive others, we exist. But if what we're perceiving is only in existence because it's perceiving something that does not exist, is that perception applicable? Is the perception of something nonexistent true perception? Can we all simply exist due to the circular motion of us all perceiving one another perceive one another? If that's the case, where did the perception begin? What does perception fundamentally mean?

You're experiencing sensation; you're processing information and acknowledging a consciousness. You think, so you are, but maybe no one else is. You can't guarantee everyone else exists. You can't verify that your perceptions are absolute reality, ever. And the truth is, you never will.
Whether the fact that you truly exist or not is irrelevant. In the grand scheme of things, your life is pretty irrelevant, considering the size of the universe and your ability to affect it. You can live your life as a messiah or an absolute monster, but after death, it will never matter. You won't benefit from being long remembered or forgotten forever; you'll never experience that. As such, life is purely about achieving happiness. Knowing that, it's incredible the amount of responsibility and guilt humanity feels for itself.

We exist in more than 1 world. For each and every decision we make (Basiclly, this includes things from yes/no to the speed you're walking at) We created a parrel universe in which the opposite choice was made (EG, Do you like food, YES, parrel created for the NO option)

Who came up with that idea in the first place? Just because there are possibilities doesn't mean that each and every one has to be realized in its own universe/timeline/world.

I have no idea who made it. It was something I saw in my Word-Within-The-Word studybook, and I posted this because I wanted to see everyone's reactions.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was talking about the idea that Mew77 posted.

I have no idea, a friend just told me The idea: Everyday we make choices, from how fast we walk to sending out Pikachu or Espeon against Hawlucha. For the choice we never made, an alternate universe is created. This 'parallel' universe could be very similar or very different to our own. 7 000 000+ people make about 1,000,000 choices every second That is 7000000000000 Parallel universes per second. Then it is 7000000000000 x 7000000000000 (because the choices of both universes) =140000000000000000000000 Then it's 1400000000000000000x14000000000000000. My head hurts.

Whose to say we aren't nothing but a complex computer program being run by some outside being?
But then one could also say, what if that being was also nothing but a complex computer program....and so and do forth.
This is one of the questions that people who have way to much time on there hands think about, and end up going around in circles. I could go on, but then id get off topic and enduce a mass of rage. So to prevent that:
CuteKirlia, I am nothing but a figment of your imagination. So please for the love of that is good, STOP IMAGINING ME IN A PANDA SUIT. It itches.

You're exactly right, GofD. There's no way to be sure of anything. We can't even trust our own sentences. Since there's no way to know, we can only accept it and move on with our lives. The alternative is to drive yourself mad with circular logic and unprovable theories.

Sometimes, when we walk, we see some random people on the street, some people we will probably never see again. And of course, you are going to forget this human being... but when you forget him... do he still exist?

From your point of view, no. That person no longer exists. From their point of view, you probably don't exist anymore, either.

Do colors exist, or are they just a pigment of my (our) imagination?

Am I butterfly dreaming I'm a man? Or a bowling ball dreaming I'm a plate of sashimi? Never assume what you see and feel is real!

This essentially means that the world is populated by a bunch of daydreaming animals that have deep black man voices. And I am okay with this.
