Level 80.
Leftovers.
And I hacked myself infinite TMs, but it's moveset changed around through the following ones:
Brick Break
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Flamethrower
Psychic
Rain Dance
Thunder
Water Pulse
Psychic
...Yeah. I think that was them. I had a bit of trouble with Brawly, though. His crosschop practicly had 1000000000000% accuracy. >>

LOL.
The first moveset is probably the best, due to its versatility.

I think I should have used Clefable, though. It learns moonlight to work better with sunny day.
I switched it around because I didn't want to buy elixers. I just taught it something and POOF, it has full PP. =P

I don't really think elixirs are needed. Given its high level, it can probably OHKO most of the Pokemon that the Elite Four have.

I used a few max Elixirs with my swampert. He was at level 55 and had earthquake. The attack did so much damage, I decided to keep using earthquake through out the matches until they threw out a pokemon weak to swampert.
After I would defeat one leader, I would use the elixir and repeat the same sequence over again.
PS. This doesen't work with Drake's Gyarados.

FR:
Emerlad:
In saphire I sweeped with pikachu until I got EQed, then I switched between kyogre & groudon.
In FR I almost lost like 50,000,000,000,000 times but I ended up on top with a Rock Slide from Charizard, thus KOing Arcanine
In Emerald pure flygon sweepage, nearly lost to Wallace but I came out on top.

I'm proud to say that I beat the Kanto E4 (starter Bulbasaur) with just one poke.
Lvl 60+ @ Lefties
Naive | Own Tempo
Shadow Ball
Surf
Psychic
Ice Beam
When I tried replacing Shadow Ball with Brick Break it didn't do as well. And no, I didn't cheat at anything. I ended the E4 at Lvl 65. And I seriously ran short of PP during the fight. Imagine my horror when I found that you can't buy any Ethers, Elixirs, or anything of the sort.
I love my Slowbro (nicked Amazora) cos it's really a FASTBRO! I have to thank the hours I spent looking for the right nature. My hard work paid off when it sped past half the E4's pokes (including Lorelei's Slowbro) and pwned the rest. I concluded the best nature for Slowbro is:
1. Hasty
2. Timid
3. Naive
4. Jolly
5. Modest
6. Adamant
7+. Anything else
IN THAT ORDER.
P.S. This is the second time I'm playing through. The first lot was .

The first 4 are actually the worst natures for Slowbro because there is no point is raising its speed. If you want to have speed...teach it Thunder Wave. Modest is the best nature because it beefs up that Sp.Atk stat...then Calm Mind boosts its Sp.Atk AND its Sp.Def...this thing can take hits like nothing after a few CMs.
On Topic:
Sapphire: , ,
Leaf Green: , ,
Emerald: , , , , , (The team in my profile, I traded them over from Sapphire and SLUAGHTERED E4 Battle Fronteir[minus the Factory and that other one that your pokemon don't really matter]).
