/ Charizard has the exact same stats as Typhlosion! And since Typhlosion is my favorite starter in the game, I guess that means I shouldn't like Charizard! Round 8 (not counting /vXv\\'s vote) wrote: Edit: Actually, /vXv\, I don't think you can vote for Torterra this round. I'm going to declare that that rule is over after this round, when there are only four left (IE, any pokemon can win immunity in the next round). Krisp wrote: I'm going to change the rules so the same Pokemon can't win immunity every round, it's pretty lame when the same Pokemon wins immunity every single time. Feraligatr won immunity in the last round though, so Typhlosion wins it again for the new round.

up/ down By now, Swampert's the only one left that I haven't started out with, so it gets the boot vote. Blastoise is awesome, so he gets the immunity vote.

Torterra Charizard / Blastoise UP for the awesome giant walking tree As I said before, I'm using Charizard as my starter in LeafGreen so UP for it, & DOWN for the fat turtle/tortoise used by my rival. EDIT: Sorry, guess I gonna pay more attention to the rules!

Seeing as how is safe again, I think im gonna switch my votes.. up/ down Swampert is only one of two water starters that I actually like. It being part ground helps a lot, plus the design works for me. Blastoise well, yeah I won my nuzlocke challenge with it, but it just doesnt work for me.. Swampert being dual type gives me an advantage when making a team for battle tower cause I only need type coverage for one type, while blastoise need type coverage for 2 types.

up he has always helped me in the 3rd gen down i never really liked his moves. The only non-fire level ups are swift and rollout.

Well, let's see here, I'm not too familiar with Typhy, but I'd love to see it be even by type in the end...
This is only getting tougher, I'm afraid...
UP/ DOWN
Again, these ones are all good (although that card could be played for some of the ones already eliminated, and that's kind of the point, so...)

Up/ Down Same reasons for Typhlosion. Charizard just doesn't work for me when I use it.

Swampert / Charizard
Swampert = the only starter worth keeping around and my favorite starter still in the competition Charizard = the weakest link, he's lame

Up/ Down.
Same reasoning as before on Blastiose, Charizard was originally a giant prick in the anime and I don't like it because of that.

This is the round where I cry... Round 8 Results wrote: 2/5 3/2 2/3 4/1 0/- So gets booted And gets immunity. My vote is / Blastoise is my 2nd favorite starter because he has some good defensive skills and is my current 'utility' pokemon with Surf, Ice Beam, Rapid Spin, and Haze. Torterra is my least fav from the four left, and I've never really cared for the Sinnoh starters. Although he has good attack and defense, he still 4x weak Ice moves, which nearly every water poke has. P.S.- Since pokemon with immunity cannot get immunity two rounds in a row, I'm going to enforce the moderator's new rule that you cant vote for immunity pokes up OR down.P.S.S. Quick question to the moderators- Should there be an immunity winner next round? Since if someone does get it, they will for sure survive to the final round. They will still be immunity next round.

Up/ Down Same reasons for Typhlosion. I'm not a big fan of Torterra's design and I've never used it at all.

/ Typhlosion is my favorite starter. / I like Blastoise better than Torterra. And yes, a pokemon can win immunity next round; it essentially acts as a Bye going into the final round. ANY pokemon can win immunity next round as well, even the one that wins this round.

Torterra /Blastoise Same reasons as before, I love the giant walking nature-friendly tank a lot, but I'm surprised to find the bit fat ugly turtle survived so long.

What happen if the round ends Say torterra get one more down vote, but torterra also is the most popular pokemon? It will still have 1 vote more than any other pokemon. It would still be the winner of the round.

@Frost- Wow cool blue face! I thought it was a new emote or something. (Seriously you should make it a new one for everyone to use!). Anyways... Round 9 Results wrote: 3/3 2/1 -/- 4/5 gets the boot is going to the finals! Pretty much, Round 10 is going to be a "Typhlosion vs Swampert" thing. My vote: / Swampert has a good move pool, and he gets even better with Curse, since he already has good attack and defense, but poor speed. But with Typhlosion, I never cared for Jhoto region, and again, he beat Charizard earlier, so yea... P.S.- Remember that a single round must last at least 24 hours, so if there's a winner earlier, the round will keep going until 24 hours.
