In my experience, Aron is not a good pokemon; even with high defenses, its 4x weakness to fighting makes it very fragile as a physical wall, and it usually got rocked, even in-game in Emerald. The others can all be quite good pokemon, if leveled to their final forms and given suitable movesets.
If you're willing to invest the effort, Breloom is an excellent fighting type, but it's best if you level it up as a Shroomish until it learns Spore, which is a pain, since that's at like level 56. But IMO, the Spore-Focus Punch combo is well worth it.
I feel like Metagross or Salamence would also be a good choice for your team.

Ok thanks for the advice, and one more thing, who do you think is better, crobat or flygon, I like crobat because of his amazing speed, and i have never used flygon, but i see a bunch of people on here do

Overall you probably wouldn't go wrong with either of them, they are both pretty good pokemon.

I was just checking, isnt focus punch a gen 4 move? I checked my old chinese ruby/sapphire guide book (which i cant read but can still get a basic idea) it said shroomish to breloom at 45 doesnt learn anything, but on the main site, you were right, so was focus punch a gen 3 or a gen 4 move.

Shroomish does not learn Focus Punch. Shroomish learns Spore naturally at level 54, which Breloom does not learn. Once evolved into Breloom, you can teach it Focus Punch by TM. So, if you level up a Shroomish to 54, have it learn Spore, and then evolve it and teach it Focus Punch, you end up with Spore and Focus Punch on a Grass/Fighting type with very high attack, which makes for an excellent combo.
