I just completed my Pokedex on Pearl (all 493 owned! at one point or another at least ) and I'm having trouble finding out what the rewards are for doing this anywhere. I know there were rewards in past games, particularly in the Johto and Kanto games b/c you could visit that gamefreak building. But I can't find anything of the sort in Pearl. Is there anything of the sort? And if there is, what is it and where is it?
Just curious really, I know the rewards weren't exactly game changing but I'd still like to be able to access any there are after logging over 400 hours into my game achieving this.

The game director in Valor Lakefront will give you a diploma and you get a Star on your Trainer card.
That's about it, I believe.

This might have been answered but this thread is over 80 pages long so... I have Platinum and I've been trying to trade with someone for quite some time. The FC is entered correctly, My Wifi connects without any issues, BUT I never see anyone else in the room and I'm sitting here "seeking participants" when I only have one person in my Pal Pad. This is frustrating.

Is the person your trading with doing the same, you know, in the Wi-Fi Room & do that person have your FC entered right for that matter cause you both have to be in the Wi-Fi Room with each other's FC entered in each other's Pal-Pad respectively to even get a trade going...

Yeah, you have to have each others' Friend Codes and stuff and be successfully connecting to Wi-Fi at the same time.

In conclusion, if you both have done this successfully you would see each other in the room(you know it's down stairs, not upstairs, right?) but if you don't that simply means that 1 of you entered the other's FC in your Pal-Pad incorrectly unless 1 of you has a terrible connection & that might be the case since for this you actually need a good Wireless Internet connection...

If a couple of my pokemon aren't level 100, and you go on a wi-fi battle, do they get boosted to level 100?

Depends which option you choose.
Open battle- Pokemon levels are what they normally are
Level 50- Levels of all pokemon on both teams raised/lowered to level 50
Level 100 - Levels of all pokemon on both teams raised to level 100.
Im not sure if those are exactly the right names but youll see straight away.

Just go to the Wi-Fi Room yourself to figure this out (sorry but there is a noticable amount of things & they are all seeable inside the Wi-Fi Room)...

It was for a math class, It had to be about probability or something, so I used the catch rate formula.

Get a Pokmemon Emerald game is the closest way o cloning i can think of w/o wifi. (Look in the Hoenn section for a easy-to-understand guide)...
But you cannot clone in D/P/P without wifi.
