What are you working at right now? Getting a new job? Promoted? Getting straight As? Winning a big game with a sports team?
For me I'd say the biggest thing I'm working on is preparing for a Brain Bee. It's basically a trivia competition about neuroscience based on a book you can download for free. It's at the end of February and I get a few hundred bucks if I win (which will be going straight to my university savings account). I've been reading a little bit every day and when I get around to it, I'll buy some flash cards and keep with that.
Other than that, the usual **** anybody in grade 12 deals with this year.
Oh yeah, and the Brain Bee is international for high school age students so a bunch of you should enter and hey, maybe I'll see you at internationals 8)

One of my life long goals is coming true this May..
I am going to Peru to do Anaconda/Amazon Rainforest Conservation along with specie counts in a entire new area of forest untouched by mankind.
As for other goals just read my signature.

My goal for this year is to run one of the two half marathons I'm doing in under 1 hour 15 min (most likely the second one due to being more trained and better weather). I ran my first one last year, with the same goal, but didn't make it having a time of 1:18:18. I wasn't too disappointed though, because I missed about 5 weeks of training in early summer due to injury, which really set me back. I was on pace for the first 3 miles of the race, and felt great, but then I got this horrible pain in my stomach, and you can probably guess what it was, which really slowed me down. So far this year I'm feeling a lot better, and training a lot more, so things should go pretty well. Eventually I want to run under 1:10, and when I'm old enough to be any good at it, I want to run a full marathon in under 2:30 (I'm only 18 now).

Oh no, cinnamon rolls? ): Surely, there must be something else you can give up.
Actually, if your wife cooks well, I would abandon all hope by now. Unless you get a referal from your doctor, you're going to need a better excuse for your wife (and yourself) to refuse such delicious comestibles.

ROFLMAO! Yes, she does cook ... very, very well. Actually, so do I now-a-days. My favorite methods of cooking are rotisserie (on the grill) and my pressure cooker (yes - MINE! Muahahahahah!). However, I do make a great loaf of 100% whole-wheat bread. And, I want to perfect my own cinnamon roll recipe. (Come to think of it ... that might be slightly in opposition to my other previously stated goal ... :-/ )

1. Stop being lazy/Get my **** together
1.5. Get a Girlfriend
2. Get good grades
3. Get a job (not selling hot dogs)
4. Get (better) money
5. Graduate
6. Go to College (I haven't made up my mind yet. I either want to be a Chef, Video Game Designer or Movie Director)
7. Get married/Have Kids
8. Die
Or we could go with the alternate, which seems pretty reasonable at my point:
1. Die

That's pretty cool, dude. You're gonna LOVE those 24-hour straight animation competitions. LOL!
24 hours = 24 minutes of animation. FFF!! No sleep. No leaving the building/room. Good luck to you, man.

Oh, lol the barrier for me is Asian parents. School always takes priority... >.> The whole dating thing is just exotic to them, since they had an arranged marriage, as per the family tradition... and hiding the fact that I'm dating....that would be digging my own grave there, so I'm waiting until college.
Good luck, Rex.
