I fear no Pokemon but I do fear Crictical hits
Completely random (most of the time) and almost always fatal (Its what made me lose the 2009 VGWC).

I always dread it when someone sends this into battle. It ends up decimating almost my entire team no matter what I do...
I've had too many bad battling experiences involving Lanturn...
It's defeats my entire Pokemon with Technician boosted moves and a stupid smile on its face...
It's Slaking, 'nuff said. If it's paired with a Skill Swap user, I'm usually doomed...

Machamp. Really, it creates an enormous psychological pressure trying to counter it.
Also, Gyarados, for the same reason.

Now I fear and because of a particularly nasty experience when facing Kruger in the Master Battles in Pokemon Battle Revolution...
Those damn Dark/Poison types...

No one particular Pokémon ... but I hate anything (especially wild Pokémon) that use "self-destruct". It takes my guy out with no gain for anyone and no chance of capturing. To me, it's just an annoying move.
On the other hand and at high level are pretty annoying to go up against ...

I don't know as I'd call him or her a "friend" . . . at least not while we were battling! LOL

SHEDINJA.
I'm always unprepared with a super-effective move whenver I run into one.

Really? I don't quite get this - but then, I've never battled against one. I got one once, thought it was cool - except it is so easily crushed by any physical attack. I don't know, maybe it has to be really built up to a high level? I even leveled mine up a bit (using Exp. Share) and it never got above, what, 1 HP? Can really be leveled up to the point it is dangerous? (Don't get me wrong, I definitely respect your opinion . . . I am simply wanting clarification.)

Shedinja is one of those "all or nothing" Pokémon. It has 1 HP, but its ability restricts you to only being able to hit with super-effective moves.

I have never "feared" any pokemon. Hated to face maybe, but never feared.
Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza not using Master Ball. Ugh. Got lucky last time though, only used 4 ultra balls. lol.
Lance's team in Red. Getting hit with Hyper Beam two turns in a row, seeing his Dragonite use it about 10 times...........I wanted to break the game in half.
