If you're using it in-game, keep it. If you are making a serious all Sinnoh team for some reason, I can name at least 1 Bug type better than Vespiquen - Yanmega.

Yar. , though rare, IS the best bug type you can get in Sinnoh.

eh. it's the best physical bug, yanmega is the best special bug. both are kinda hard to get, though.

Vespiquen is a good Pokemon defensively but it isn't the "Best" Bug Pokemon there are plenty more (some stated above already) that are best in certain roles.

Does Arceus with an Insect Plate count? Cause he's pretty good, I hear. May be a little hard to obtain, though. Think he'd win in a fight with Yanmega, Heracross, and Vespiquen. Could be wrong, though.

If you can get the Azure Flute the uber Arceus would be the best Bug pokemon.

I'd say Yanmega, Heracross, or Armaldo. 3 tough Pokemon.

I like Scizor the most. I use it for the Battle Tower. It can usually sweep through the entire opponent's team, as long as it doesn't get killed first due to some stupid luck hax (I just lost my streak to a Huntail that got a critical hit with Aqua Tail). Once Scizor got killed due to that, I was doomed. The number of times I see the opponent getting critical hits is ridiculously unfair.
I'm now actually considering using a Pokemon that can learn Lucky Chant. I've had enough of the OHKOs due to critical hits.
