what is your longest battle outside of elite four and trying to catch a legendary.
mine is when i was in the battle tower in diamond, it was between my empoleon and the other trainers blissey, the blissey knew counter, softboiled, doubleteam, and toxic, and was holding leftovers. my empoleon knew hydro cannon, surf, waterfall, and (stupidly enough) cut. the blissey used several double teams so i could almost never hit it, i could do little damage, and it kept using soft boiled. evetually it ran out of moves and used struglle, it ended up killing itself, i ended with about 20 health left

But no, I can't remember my longest battle ever. they're usually over in a few moves.

that stupid cut won me the battle, it has so many uses that the blissey ran out of moves and used struggle
