Ok, I know the last middle game to come out was Emerald, which came after FR/LG, which makes sense. Emerald went with Saph&Ruby, understandable. Next gen comes out... DP, nice. Now, I wait for a middle game for FR/LG but instead they anounce a DP Middle? What's going on?
Has anyone heard anything about a middle for FR/LG or did they just totally skip it? If they did, then I gotta start saving for a DS (Dang...)

Do I want a middle game? Yes.
Is a middle game going to exist? No. These games have been around since 2004. They were made to be remakes, not a whole significant part of the generation. Two is plenty for remakes.

So Yellow never had a Remake?!! That makes me want to send nintendo a bad Email so very badly!!
I have Emerald (I found it for $35 at a Walmart) and Sapphire (only $15) Plus FR/LG and Pinball(not R/S).

Personally I think there's really no point. FRLG already makes it possible for you to get all the Pokemon to fill up your Pokedex in the Advanced Generation. Creating a third remake would just be creating a game that's ultimately very very similar to FRLG. Most middle games added content, but Yellow didn't. It merely had new villains and Pikachu following you around, no Battle Frontier or added features like that.

Yes yes, but the point would be to ADD new content, change it up. I'm not saying their gonna make one, nor will I write an angry letter to nintendo for one, but I'm just saying the stuff they COULD add could be new inovations to gameplay, like in emerald. Easy thing: rematches with gym leaders, maybe you could get all three starters somehow? Both Anceint types? Maybe have a miniquest in the middle with the three birds and mewtwo or something like that. Delve more into the mystery of mewtwo. Stuff like that.

Personally, I would prefer a remake of GSC. I don't really care for any of the pokemon after Gen. II, but I would like to have GSC with the various improvements, such as having moves being special or physical affeted by the move itself.
It would be nice to have an improved Yellow, though.

This post is full of win.
GSC were probably the funnest games. They need a remake the most.
And I also agree. Gen 1 and 2 were best. Gen 3 and 4 are just pure failure...

I don't see what else they could do after making a pokegod, especially a rather poor one that looks like a horse.
I know, once I saw Nosepass...

i agree they are running out of ideas and just need to remake g/s/c and yellow then quit while they are ahead but then again hiring new people would bring in new ideas
