I accidentally left it at my cousin's house, so I do not remember exactly. Here's a guess at my current team:
Level 39 (I merely restarted my game about 1,000 times to get a shiny Cyndaquil. -_-
Level 6 (I need Pikachu)
Level 28
Level 32
Level 35. And he's the red one, too. ^.^ Caught him with a simple pokeball!
Level 23
I know it's a bit unbalanced, but it works for me. I'm currently training up Pichu's happiness, then I'll work on my Togepi. Also, I'm trying to train an Ice type, because I'm up to Claire.

Feraligatr
Typhlosion
Meganium
Espeon
Dragonite
Ampharos
It took me forever to get my dragonair to evolve but dragonite is definitely one of my favorites.
The three starters are all pretty awesome and I am currently training a larvitar.
Espeon is also one of my favorites because it is a great psychic type and at level 47 it learns Psychic so where can you go wrong??

On Silver I had
@ Amulet Coin
Flamethrower
Thunderpunch
Firepunch
Strength
...Yeah, I didn't know much about tactical moves, but she did grow to unstoppable levels.
@ Leftovers
Psychic
Bite
Mean Look
Moonlight
...Again, I didn't know that Faint Attack or Crunch would be better than Bite! I also used him against Bruno's fighting types all the time because I didn't know dark was weak against fighting. . . *hangs head in shame*
I recently restarted my Crystal version again (Silver's file is corrupted) and my pokemon aren't as complete as I'd like yet, but they're getting there.
Elsie (f) @ Amulet Coin
Flamethrower
Thunderpunch
Smokescreen
Earthquake
Icabod (m) @ Leftovers
Psychic
Faint Attack
Sand Attack
Moonlight
Amanda (f)
Wing Attack
Sand Attack
Quick Attack
Fly
(Lol, need to teach her something new and give her an item)
Henwyn (f) @ Quick Claw
Surf
Amnesia
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Jonas (m)
Giga Drain
Acid
Solarbeam
Stun Spore
(Need to get him something too)
Dannichu (f) @ Magnet
Thunderbolt
Thunderwave
Rollout
Dizzy Punch

lvl 60 @leftovers
Ancientpower
Body Slam
Earthquake
Giga Drain
(This covers all of Meganium's weaknesses. I tried the whole Light Screen/Reflect/Synthesis approach, but this is just soooo much better.)
lvl 60 @focus band
Agility
Swords Dance
Slash
Metal Claw
lvl 60 @leftovers
Rain Dance
Thunder Wave
Surf
Thunder
lvl 60 @sharp beak
Faint Attack
Steel Wing
Wing Attack
Return
lvl 60 @nevermeltice
Earthquake
Iron Tail
Shadow Ball
Ice Beam
lvl 60 @charcoal
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Flamethrower
Crunch
Except for Lanturn (I managed to catch one that was unusually strong), I bred about 5 of each pokemon on my team for egg moves and/or to raise them all and pick out the ones with the highest stats of interest (I used the VBA "Sound" emulator trick to multiply the game speed by 20, so breeding and raising were a snap).
Lanturn, Houndoom, and Meganium did most of the dirty work. Pidgeot was just a solid attacker, and Nidoking was just so I could have Ice Beam vs Lance (I gave it those other moves later to increase its utility), since I wasn't going to compromise Lanturn's sweet moveset with an ice attack.
The last slot bounced between Togetic, Blissey (meh), and Nidoqueen (already had a king). Togetic was a lot of fun (Flamethrow and Psychic, what?), but my love of pure power led me to try out Scizor for the first time (and because I wanted someone to resist Red's Snorlax). It became too easy to abuse Scizor, though. As long as the first pokemon had no fire attack, all I had to do was send him out, use agility, then swords dance three times (didn't have to heal during because he resists so many attacks and is defensively solid), then, I could pretty much KO any pokemon with one hit and they wouldn't be able to get off even one attack. It's amazing how great of a team you can assemble with some foresight and breeding, but it really took the fun out of the game in the end...

I am currently soloing with a lvl 19 Quilava. I just restarted my game, I used to have:
54 Shiny Gyarados (Obviously Lake of Rage)
52 Ampharos (South of Ruins)
54 Meganium (If I told you, I'd have to laugh)
48 Onix (Bellsprout at lvl 4)
53 Pigeot (West of the starting town)
52 Quagsire (Caught him on the same square as Mareep)
My team was horribly under leveled, though I could crush the E4, for some reason they are easier than Viridian Gym's Blue.
This quiz is actually accurate.
