Doing requests is like opening a shop which you need 50 posts to do and I believe this isn't the correct topic to do it in either. Maybe if you stay active here long enough, you will be able to get 50 posts and open a shop. You can post an art gallery though. If you do, I'll be sure to comment and give you tips

You could just apply for a shop in Slateport Market.
P.S: Do not use excessive smilies. It is against forum rules and is frowned apon in most countries.

Recolouring really is a pretty easy thing to do. Maybe you should try some less common recolours, Latias/Latios swap is something you see alot. Try pokemon that people don't think about much, and in colours that kind of match the pokemon.
This site is were I originally learnt to sprite; it has guides to most basic things on Microsoft Paint. Maybe you should try fusions once you get good at spriting.

The Dratini is pretty good but maybe you should choose colors that go better together for the Ralts.

Maybe you should try a squirtle but replace the blue with bulbasaur's green, or a blue Lunatone.
Don't double post, leave one post and then another with no one's post between yours, it's in the forum rules. There's an EDIT button which you should use, in the bottom left side of your post.

Try two complete random pokemon:
Clicky
On that site, click customise table above, then go to the first empty column, and select the use column, then type in Random Pokemon/whatever you want, and then type 1 in the min column and 493 in the max column, then submit and it'll give you the dex number of 2 random pokemon. I want to see what this lets you come up with.
And I think you should try something else, more difficult, on that site I showed you.
And a double post, as I said before, is two posts in a row. I'm not that great at explaining, so get someone else to explain it.
And I like that Squirtle

It looks pretty good but the difference between some of the blue shading is too great and should be contrasted more.
