It depends all on the pokemon's SET IV's. These are impossible to change, therefore, you are stuck with the same type Hidden Power. So just keep catching the same poke, save, try it, and if it's not what you want, then try again.

HP type can be determined if you have the stats and EV distribution or via the guide in the Victory Road section http://www.psypokes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2014 This is for those who don't keep track of ev's and dv's.
For power you MUST know the EV's and DV's.

Where can I find Choice Specs in Celestic Town? I checked that guy in the store, but he keeps telling me about BlackGlasses.

Lets say i go against a pokemon that gives 2 evs. If I switch my poke out with another, will the evs be shared?

someone correct me if im wrong, but i think both pokemon would get 2 evs, because evs come in the form of experience points.
an easier way to do this would be giving the pokemon you're trying to ev train exp. share, as this gives said pokemon all BASE ev's, and you save yourself the chore of switching out so often.
so lets say you send out a pidgey to battle a chansey, and you had a caterpie holding onto exp share, both pidgey and caterpie would gain 2 ev's in HP.

I was actually trying to boost up the time it would take my poke to ev faster.
This would better explain my situation:
I am trying to raise one poke in HP Evs. It has Pokerus and a power weight attached to it. Now when I face a poke that gives out 2 HP evs, I would normally get 12 EVs (i think) if i beat it with the Power-banded poke. However, my Power-banded poke is too weak so I switched it out.
That way I can achieve my goal of getting 252 HP evs faster.
Sorry about not elaborating earlier.

where is feebas??
I heard you can catch them in the basement of mount coronet (basement?) and he is on only 4 squares/ 50% chance he'll appear. Do you need the super rod to catch him? or a good rod? I have pearl and havn't beat the elite 4 yet. thanks!!

Super rod will definitely get him, but you can't get that until after the elite 4. However, considering Feebas is a Sinnoh dex pokemon, I'd say that the good rod should work as well, otherwise there would be no way of getting him pre-national dex.
You can get the good rod on route 209 from some random fisherman.
Now, when fishing for Feebas, you have to do it all in one day because the 4 tiles change on a daily basis. Make sure you fish each tile several times, too, incase you miss it due to interference from Magikarp or Barboach. Check each tile carefully and methodically and he should be yours by the end of the day.
(this has spurred me to see if the good rod will find him )

Hubba is correct. Your Power Weight + Pokerus Pokemon would gain (2+4) * 2 = 12 EVs. The one you switched into would gain the standard 2, if Pokerus and Power items aren't affecting that one.
EVs aren't split in any way; unlike Exp Points, they are duplicated.

haha yah but I don't wanna spend a whole day trying if it's something as simple as you can't get it with the good rod! haha maybe I'll just wait and see if someone knows for sure, I tried fishing around for 5 mins and got bored.

Thank you... and also thank you for that last bit of advice - I do happen to be very particular about what he says. Cheers!

Quick Question:
If I give my Gengar a King's Rock and make him use Dark Pulse, is the chance for flinching increased, or does it stay the same?

Ok this is kinda like another question asked previously, but hey.
Ok, say I have a Gyarados attack a shinx,(1 Att EV) and kill it. I've gained 2 EV's due to pokerus, but it has no items on it. I have a gible on the sidelines of my team, at lvl 1 which makes it hard to EV train on it's own. So if it had Pokerus, does it also get 2 EVs if it's holding an Exp.Share? Or does it only get 1?
EDIT:
Question Answered By: Naruto Freak
Both Gyarados, and Gible would gain 2 Attack EVs.

It does increase, but I don't know how much, I think by 30%.

Take a heart scale(can be found by digging underground) to the Move Relearner in Pastoria. He will make Torterra relearn Wood Hammer for the heart scale.

The 2 maids will never move, and the locked door is where the bed that transports you to Darkrai is. But you need a Member Card obtained at Nintendo Events. And then ... in the "Tweaking Glitch" thread, it states that by tweaking, you might be able to get it. Read the thread for more info.
