Where are you in the game? You can only start to purify Pokemon completely once you can go to the Celebi Shine in Agate Village. In Agate you can get Scents that help heal Shadow Pokemon. There is an item that allows you to fully purify Pokemon at the shine without lowing the dark meter, and that item is called a Time Flute. Note that there are only three flutes in the game, and the flutes can only be once each.

Once you finish your buisness in that city, Agate Village will be your next stop.

I missed catching yanma earlier in the game and right now I'm in realgam tower. Is there a way I can fight the guy who had it again?
And also, does anyone know who you should use the master ball on?

Master Ball - Ttar is prob best. lv55 is hard to catch, especially after a battle with the rest of his pokemon.
specifically, the Cipher Peon who had Yanma is found again in the Snagem hideout.

This thread was made almost 3 months ago, so I have no idea why people are [stupidly] replying to it.
Locked, because people don't know when to let questions die.
