Is the effect of guts (when inflicted with status effect, attackX1.5) always there as long as the status effect is there or is it gone when you switch, like a normal stat boosting attack (swords dance, dragon dance, etc.)?

It stays as long as you have a status condition.

also, if ur poke is burned, guts still kicks in (orginalATKx1.5)
in other words, ur swellow (since it has guts) was burned. its atk will not get cut, so it still has its original atk. then guts kick in and ur attack is x1.5

I'm pretty sure it does - Guts pokemon do not lose Atk to Burn, though
Quick Feet pokemon do not lose Spd to Paralysis, then, do they?

Nope, Quick Feet still gives the speed boost. You still have the chance of full paralysis, though. And they both work with sleep.
