You have won 3rd for the oustanding idea; but I would have liked to see a it a little more balanced.
*Resquesting a lock* Since you made the competition, its up to you to judge. But i think the winning entry didn't really deserve it. The effect is already in at least one already existing ability. So it wasn't really made up, just got a name change and user change.
