I admit it, I have two GBA AR's ( Action Replay ) and one for the gamecube. I only use codes to do things that the game can do but it won't let me such as geting a functional EON ticket (I even found a code that lets you do it an infinite amount of times).Found at This website(click) (don't forget to read all warnings) Please post your favorite websites for cheatcodes on this forum.

i rented a GS once (yes, you can rent them), and I didn't see the need to have one. It might be fun to experiment with Volt Tackle and the like, but meh...

Nah I don't have a GBA or SP Shark or AR, I only have a Gameshark for my Game Boy Color...which I use to hack into the earlier games so I can beat Stadium(But I only do so to edit moves it would learn anyway, and encounter any kind of Pokemon).
I tried the Gameshark on the Ruby rom I have on VBA, but I didn't like the results...only some of the codes worked for me and some even caused the game to freeze. I even hear that the usage of some codes can be detected and prevent you from using your hacked game into the games, such as Colosseum, which I want to get soon...o_O

It's a half-truth. I believe that pokemon with otherwise unlearnable moves are banned. Also, unless you use a special code for it, any Mew or Deoxys you catch via gameshark will be unallowed in Colosseum. they have to have a special data in them. I'm not sure on the moves, but i know that the Mew/Deoxys thing is true. As long as you work with those guidelines or loopholes, it should work. But yeah, GS/AR are notorious for game corruption, if not used properly.

Well, I don't know anyone who "plays emulators" , but some people just aren't that interested in Pokemon anymore. I still buy one of each game from each series but I wouldn't call myself a Pokemon crazed fanatic.

I don't have a cheating device and I don't want one either... I tried using a code before, but I don't think I'll use cheat codes again... Because that time was terrible. XD It messed up my game!

say what?
I wish I had GBC GS. I'd do stuff like get a masterball (That little **** ho-oh wasted mine before I knew the duplicate trick and I NEVER restart my games. Anways, I'd also do it for Celebi and to see Missingno on my silver. I'd also go for RBY legends and all the pokes that you can't get without out of game trading. (I corrupted my game experimenting with M.SILVER'(glitched block)(glitched block) It's a missingno like thing I found that rocks, but I can never trade now.
