WHY DO ALL THESE SEEM TO BE WILD GUESSES?
Anyway, here's Hint #5 and it's the last one (hopefully). If you figure it out don't post it here, instead do some research on it and maybe you'll get the Odd One Out right.
My first is in SPACE with the SUN and the STARS
My second's in JUPITER but not in MARS
My third's in a ROBBERY, put behind BARS
My fourth is the first, all over again
My fifth is in THUNDER, not LIGHTNING and RAIN
My sixth in the BIRD that's not in the BUSH
My seventh's in TRAFFIC but not in a RUSH
My eighth is in JUMPER, not WOOLLY or THICK
My ninth is in THIEF, in COVET and TRICK
My last is in POWDER and also in FACE
When all put together then I mean REPLACE
I wrote this myself today. =P
Good Luck!

If you manage to solve this riddle (which happens to be Hint #5), then look it up in the Techdex. The answer to the Odd One Out is there.

I think I should have made myself clearer, seeing as no one has posted for a while. I have edited the previous post so go look at it again.

I think the puzzle answer is Substitute because Kecleon and Mr Mime learn it naturaly. Focus punch and reversal works well with substitute.Sandstorm can affect substitute.Any1 who finds my tip useful, use it. If it is wrong, ignore it.

Thank you a lot for letting us finally get on with this. Normally I'd bug you for a reason but this time I'll give it. This obscure fact was discovered in the Creative Movesets section and it is this:
Starmie Cannot Learn Substitute.
Scores:
Aerodactyl727: 4
Psycho_freak: 3
Tiger10x: 3
Dragonfan#149: 3
Salamence Simon: 3
Leet for: 1
Blaziken386: 1
Steinerrecliner: 1
Jodi: 1
mr.m.m.j.: 1
StarLatias: 1
hfxjus: 1
Kirke: 1
Great. It's been so long, I think I lost my list of questions. Ah well. Impromptu then!
