Okay, which do you like better, Ho-oh starting ho-oh first gold, lgia starting lugia first silver or the one that got away (from me ), Crystal!?!?!?!

Crystal, I have to say kicks butt. However the Ho-Oh or Lugia thing made me mad. Because if I'm right, only one was available...

why crystal over the brilliance of gold?

I like silver the most because you can get a that knows aeroblast.
I've never played crystal, but what level do you get at?

It's level 60, Ho-oh and Lugia are Level 60, don't forget you can also re-teach Lugia Aeroblast through Pokemon Stadium 2.

I might like my gold version more if I had stadium 2. If only legendaries could breed...

Crystal. I liked being able to get Suicune that early. It also had some changes to it, so I'll give it the edge over Gold and Silver.

I say Crystal because of the battle tower.
But still, Silver has a big advantage over the other to because of Aeroblast...
(I don't have pokemon stadium... )

I just love silver. It was the one that indtroduced me to pokemon, lugia knows aeroblast, AND I never faught lugia, at the very beginning of the "fight", I tossed a POKEBALL at him, and it caught him, serious, no fighting, 1 pokeball!

That's amazing , I even had to try to catch it again because I ran out of pokeball(and I had about 60 of each!)

Sounds great, but if onyl Icould find it! Oh, I did catch suicune a tiny bit after i activated him, but not the same.

I like them all but if i had to pick one i would have to say silver. Because you can get a better lugia than you get in gold. Plus it feels better when he is your main pokemon in silver than gold because he is the main pokemon in silver.

Why do you say Gold's Lugia is better? I think Silver's better because it has aeroblast...

I like all three of them, but in Crystal, I only need , , , , and to beat the game!

Well the only one I played through was Gold. The reason being, My brother played silver and I just recently started Crystal, its hard playing more then one at a time. So in that matter, I will say gold.

Cool cool, also, I'm amazed by the success of this topic! Also crystal is pretty good, but I love Lugia with aeroblast, also (again) Togetic used metronome 4 times in a row on Lance, and all 4 times it was aeroblast, then it did something else, then it's next 5 moves were aeroblast, I mean, that is just wierd.

crystal rocks! u can get suicune w/out that wild goose chase game, the pokemon are animated, and u get stuff 4 registering peoples phone #'s.!!

crystal. no... yes. no yes no yes! the thing is, you can trade pokemon over. its not impossible. you get the bonuses on crystal, plus you can trade the legendaries...

silver has a level 40 lugia ( good for aeroblast ) and a level 70 ho-oh ( 7 levels away from sacred fire!!!! )

Crystal is like emrald - access to more stuff.

Better in general. And, eevee gets baton pass (in G/S, it got something inferior)

suicune is guaranteed to be found, not to be catched

I like silver for many reasons

1. Lugia on the front
2. Best Prites
3. First one of the 3 ive played
4. Lugia+Aerobast rocks
5. Better Exclusive Pokemon
