The Elite 4 is making a total mockery of me. Any suggestions?

<font color=ACEACE>Try Sky Pillar, though there aren't really good places in RSE. The best thing to do is trade over to FR/LG and train on the Islands/E4 there.

<font color=ACEACE>Route 131 or 130, though you can only get to it after the beat the E4 on RS.

In that case Victory Road would be the best. And don't forget to use your Trainers Eyes!

If you are trying to train some grass and lightning type Pokemon, then I would suggest the sea.

In R/S I recommend rebattling Wally in Victory Road(add to Trainers eyes). His Gardevoir can get really tough to beat.
In LG/FR I recommend :
Before E4: Victory Road
After E4: Rebattle the couple on the fishing spot until they have the Lv 56 Nidoking and Nidoqueen.
Hope I helped.

In Ru/Sa the best places in my opinon are:
Sky Pillar
Victory Road
The Route Left Of Mauville City and the Right Of Verdanturf Town
These have already been mentioned and they are quite good.
In FR/LG the best places are:
Resort Gorgeous
The Valley Below Seven Island
Victory Road

For me.. anywhere.. just use your PokeNav then.. you'll battle different trainers.. for me.. I used to battle in the East of Fallarbor Town.. the CoolTrainer.. north of the desert..

Oh...
There's a trick to getting people to battle you in Trainer's Eyes!
First, find the route or room (i.e. Hex Maniac Tammy in Mt. Pyre) the trainer(s) is in, then go back and forth through the border of the route until they eventually want to battle you.
It does get pretty annoying sometimes, when you don't get the trainer you want to battle...

After I beat the elite 4, I used the rare candy code to level all my good pokemon up to lv100.
This way, I can make my own stadium game on colosseum.
I only did this on Leafgreen.
As for where I do train.......
Mostly all Caves.

Well victory road is the best if your trying to defeat the E4, Sky Pillar afterward, or trade to FRLG, or Colosseum, colosseum is good because of the Lv:80+ Pkmn you run into at the end of the game.

Ok listen up I'll tell u the best place to train battle trainers that want remaches with u after you've beaten the elite 4 they'll be alot Stronger also Sky Pillar isn't neccecerilly that great of a place to train unless your using Pokemon level 45 + like my was or try equiping experience all to weaker level pokemon there and get your to train there till it reaches level 75 when it learns its final move Hyper Beam or of course if your to lazy to do it just teach him Hyper Beam (but its a waist of money trust me) also the reason Sky Pillar isn't neccecerily all that good to train is because your Pokemon will get hurt eventually to the point that you'll have to go back to heal them at the nearest Pokemon Center witch is in Pacifidlog Town so it will take a long time to get back to Sky Pillar again also don't bother trying to give them Max Potion's or Full Restore when there hurt cause its another waist of money like me I save my money so I can buy expensive TM's like Ice Beam ThunderBolt and Flamethrower very worth it in the end because of attack and accuracy basically the best way I train is catching 5 it may sound weird and all but take only the 1 Pokemon u want to train and bring the 5 along everywhere and anywhere u train the Linoone will pick up useful Items such as Rare Candy which has given me a total of 39 so far or useless Items like Nugget which can be sold for a high price and Full Restore and Revive which can save u alot of money and can be useful for deafeting the elite 4 again and again or just battling friends with a link cable also after your done all the training of your Pokemon u can realese all the but 1 if u like but I suggest keeping them for there efforts also I think Pacifdilog Town is the best place to train level 30-40 Pokemon by fishing with the Super Rod you'll experience and around those levels also the reason its such a good training spot is because the Pokemon Center is right infront of you hardly have to take a step since Pacifdilog town is basically an Island surrounded by water and no there are serious flaws with training on victory road for either Ruby or Sapphire because the are chikens they'll use whirlwind on u and waste valuable game time about 70% of the do this but the other 30 will battle u but if u dont knock them out in time and get your much needed experience they will still use whirlwind on u also same goes for the as well but the and are a different story the use Protect to last longer and use Iron Tail to cause some serious damage to your Pokemon and if they get really close to fainting they'll just use Roar the and are basically the only Pokemon u can train with here but another problem would be the smart ones use Confuse Ray and then Air Cutter which has a high critical hit ration if that doesn't knock you out surely the confusion will so just listen to my steps and you'll do just fine just dont train there at all.

I have my own train routine:
When you have your Torchic, Mudkip or Treecko, train it to lvl 10 before you go to Petalburg.
After that just fight against trainers etc, your Pok

bobashotmace, Colosseum has EXP in story mode, you have to beat Evice to get to trade though.
Uh, do this
Starter up to level 10 then fight rival for first time
All pkmn up to level 15-18 then fight Roxanne
All up to level 18-23 then fight Brawly
All pkmn up to level 23-30 then fight Wattson
All pkmn to level 30-40 then fight Flannery
All pkmn to level 35-40 then fight Norman
All pkmn up to 35-45 then fight 6th leader
All pkmn up to level 45 then fight 7th leader
All pkmn up to level 50 then fight Kyogre/Groudon
All pkmn up to level 50 + then fight Wallace
All pkmn up to level 55 + then fight pkmn league
That's what I do, then I raise them again and again on the pkmn league, cause they have the strongest pkmn in the game except the Lv:100 people in Battle Tower.

i dont have a trainig route, but i do have a plan
for the ice elite 4 member, get a powerful fighting pokemon that knows cross chop and revengeor low kick
use cross chop on the two glalie and walrien use low kick on the seleo
for drake get a pokemon that knows icebeam
icebeam will take out all of drake party in one hit if the pokemon is strong enough
