This question has already been answered! Use the 'dowsing app' on the poketch near the exit/entrance of the place near the route to Sunnyshore and the restaurant, where the hotel guy restores your pokemon. GO do that, but it's only worth it on Platinum not Diamond or Pearl.

About 1 setp up and 2 left and press A at entrance or the hotel house or use doseing app
