I'm using: Swampert, Houndoom, & Walrein. I can't trade or anything like that and I don't want to use Legendaries.

Adamant | 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP ~AA ~EQ ~DD ~B Break  @ Shell Bell
Timid | 252 SA, 252 Spd, 4 HP ~Recover ~Ice Beam ~T-Bolt ~Surf/Psychic  @ Lefties/Shell Bell
Adamant | 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP I honestly can't be bothered breeding to get a darn tank, seeing as my Emerald team is now complete apart from the EV training. Here's how my BF team is going:  @ EXP. Share
Adamant | 252 Atk, 4 HP, 60 Spd (so far) ~T-Wave ~DD ~Slam ~Forgot, D-Rage or something... The rest currently have no EVs, but later I'm going to finish Dragonair and begin work on Staryu, the team should all be Lv 60 and fully EV trained on either Thursday or Friday by the looks of it. |

Trait: Marvel Scale EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SAtk Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Surf - Ice Beam - Recover - Hypnosis  : Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body EVs: 156 HP / 252 Atk / 100 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Meteor Mash - Explosion - Earthquake - Rock Slide  : Lum Berry
Trait: Intimidate EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Dragon Dance - Earthquake - Rock Slide - Aerial Ace Battle Palace:  : Choice Band
Trait: Truant EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def) - Return - Brick Break - Shadow Ball - Rock Slide no EQ :p : Leftovers

Well here is my future Battle Frontier Team, I really don't have anyone to trade with me so I'm still short on a  ,  , and an  , but anyways here is my future team.
-Nature:Adamant/Ev's:252 Atk and Spd. , 6 Hp./Item-Shell Bell/Type-Physical Sweeper
Moveset: Dragon Dance Aerial Ace Earthquake Brickbreak  -Nature:Adamant/Ev's:252 Atk, 129 Def. and Sp. Def/Item-Quick Claw/Type-Physical Sweeper
Moveset: Swords Dance Brickbreak Earthquake Aerial Ace  -Nature:Bold/Ev's:252 Hp., 129 Def. and Sp. Def.Item-Lum Berry/Type-Toxi/Annoyer Tank
Moveset: Recover Subsitute Toxic Confuse Ray Now hopefully in the near future, I will be able to get these pokemon -Nature:Adamant/Ev's:252 Atk and Spd. , 6 Hp./Item-?/Type-Physical Sweeper
Moveset: Dragon Dance Aerial Ace Earthquake Brickbreak -Nature:Adamant/Ev's:252 Atk and Spd. , 6 Hp./Item-White Herb/Type-Physical Sweeper
Moveset: Curse Aerial Ace Earthquake Rockslide -Nature:Modest/Ev's:252 Sp.Atk and Spd. , 6 Hp./Item-Chesto Berry/Type-Special Sweeper
Moveset: Rest Water Pulse Icebeam Dragonbreath Now this team looks a bit balanced I guess, but I know I have too many physical sweepers. It goes like this, I have 4 Physical, 1 Special, and one Tank. In the future I just might change the team up to 3 Physical, 2 Special, and one tank. |

Mine is:
lv 100  w/blue scarf
Volt tackle thunder thunderbolt shock wave lv 100  w/ black belt
Blaze Kick sky uppercut thunderpunch cut lv 100  w/ amulet coin
Flamethrower Flame wheel Ember strength lv 100  w/ nothing

When they say legendaries aren't allowed, which exact ones are they? I know Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza are obviously not allowed, but are the Regis and Lati? What other legendaries aren't allowed?

The Legendary trios (Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Suicune, Entei, and Raikou) and Latias and Latios are allowed. The other legendaries aren't.

Try out hidden power as well. Take off thunder, fissure and fire blast. Get leftovers from the s. s. tidal. Replace one with a Regi. They're easy to obtain(ish) L40 and high stats. Go to the s. s. cactus, find ice beam and teach it to regice or buy it. _________________ |
