For me, it's Feebas. I've gone through the game twice, and both times the only Pokemon I didn't get were Feebas and Milotic.

I had a very hard time catching Volbeat in Emerald. I tried for hours and must of seen three hundred Pokemon before I found one and I caught it, I couldn't imagine how frustrated I would be If I didn't catch it. Feebas was easy for me to catch I found 2 within 5-10 minutes but I messed up evolving it the first time so I bred it with a ditto and now I have a level 5 Milotic.

I'd expect that a bunch would say that. Surprisingly though I found mine after a couple minutes like shadowman had. :)
Nosepass on the other hand took at least 2 hours just for one to turn up. :(

Yeah Nosepass was pretty hard for me to catch to same with Chimecho. Now I have every Pokemon that you can catch wild in Emerald.

LOL @ metagross4, I feel the same way
For me it'd have to be latios/latias, Febass is kinda hard but finding latios/latias is absolute Horror.

Rayquaza, I'm still trying to catch it. I did find a Feebas luckily and caught it.

I caught rayquaza on my first try.
I'd have to say feebas (obviously), latios/latias, groudon/kyogre (even harder than rayquaza), and most steel types.

Latios/Latias are also Pokémon that I'm still trying to catch. It was also frustrating to get Kyogre/Groudon, I kept killing it!

Emerald came out three years ago but to this day I am yet to find this thing in the wild.
I didn't have a Chimecho in years, half because I don't want to ride my bike on the top of mount Pyre for half an hour, and half because it isn't good enough for me to want to catch and train.
It must have been months since I saw the report on tv about it, but I still never caught it (and I probably never will because I don't use legendaries).

Don't feel bad, I could never find a Chimecho in my Sapphire Version, so I had to trade with my brother who finds them ALL the time.

Abra. No contest. Unless you have a Pokemon with Sleep Powder or Hypnosis, you pretty much have
to find one, then chuck a Pokeball. I did the math; that's about 28% chance with a regular Pokeball.
Then, when you finally catch one, it turns out that it has the wrong nature. So you do it again.
And again. And yet again. Even Feebas is easier than that, because when you find a good spot, there's
about a 60% chance of finding it.

You do make a point, I was only able to find one Abra in my game. Since it took me a while to get, I didn't even bother with the nature and decided to train it.

Strangely enough, I've had no troubles with Abra, they swarm to me like mosquitoes. I had a lot of trouble finding Skitty for my dex though,

Skitty took me a while too, it's the same old story with Abra. Although it was even harder, I was never able to find one until I beat the Elite Four!

For the sole purpose of sounding like a smart ass (lol) I'm gonna say the Johto starters are the hardest to catch.
Feebas probably takes a lot of time, but it isn't really hard, since you just have to find it once, then remember it. The thing that makes it easier than some to catch is the fact that it can only take so long to find, unlike things that require a lucky find. Latias/Latios are annoying, but you might as well use the master ball on them, since the other legendaries don't move. In my opinon the most annoying pokemon to catch is probably relicanth. It take a long time to find, and it seems to fight pokeballs pretty well too. I guess by logical deduction that makes the regis the most annoying, since you need a relicanth, however, the relicanth part is probably worse than the regi paart.

You know, Queen of Night, I wish I was you; I've gotten to the point
where I have to decide whether I want to search forever for Abra,
or beat Brawly the hard way. That's the only reason I have for catching Abra or Ralts.

I agree with your opinion on Relicanth. I've only found two in my Sapphire Version. The first one, I killed. The second one, I caught. So far, I've only found one in my Emerald Version (and luckily I caught it).

Well, I think I just got lucky, and I used Kadabra and Beautifly to beat Brawly. Honestly, the Bug evolutions in the game are fun to train and can actually be useful in parts, as long as you don't care about no HM moves to be learned.
But Abra is hard to find sometimes, I find it easier to find them in the cave in Dewford, and I usually have more Great Balls by that time.

I never would have thought of Great Balls; I take pride in the fact that all my battling Pokemon, except
Legendaries, are caught with regular Pokeballs. I'll keep that in mind when I start my game over (again).

I agree, it takes me forever to find Heracross, Wobbefet, and Pinsir.

I have little trouble in the Safari. If I want Wobbufet, I get it in Lavender, or wait forever for Mirage Island.
It probably doesn't help that I don't use one thing from there. I also agree on the Latis.
But, I don't care. about them ^.^ By the way, Daniel the Boss le, the Award on SHH is 300px tall; you can't use it on a signature.
Thank you though!
