Not the back of the fan club. I said the Market, you know the Market place in the lower left corner of Slateport City. She is the one standing under the tent with the guy that sells you stat boosting items (poteins, carbos, etc.) you can't miss her.

yeah she's right next to the energy guru. but i don't know what your pokemon has to do to get it. i know beating the E4 isn't enough.

Actually, IIRC, the "Effort Ribbon" is where we get the term "Effort Values" (she's standing right by the guy selling EV boost items) (a guide on EVs.) _________________ Need homework help?
