how do i get a coin bag to get into the safari zone

Coin bag? Well, the woman in the house next to the casino in Mauville gives it to you when you give her the Harbor Mail from Slateport (in the PokeMart). But I dind't think you needed it to get into the Safari Zone. I could be wrong.
I know you need the Pokeblock case to get into the Safari Zone. I don't remember where it was in Emerald, but in R/S it's in the Slateport Contest Hall. Talk to people in there and I think a little girl gives it to you.

go to the slateport mart and buy a harbor mail. bring it back to the girls house next to the casino. give it to her and shell give you a coin case.... by the way, why do you needa coin case to go into the safari zone, thats for the casino... tha safari zone is only 500 bucks.., hey its adam, peace
