That's outrageously vague.

More specifically, a good strategy for Latios- or Latias-catching is to make sure you have an acro bike, and then fly/go to Slateport City. Go north and stop at the first patch of grass on the left that you see. Use a repel (repel and super repel are advised; no need to waste a max repel), and then press and hold "B" to jump in place. This has the same effect as walking around the grass to find Pokémon, except it's more convenient, and thus you can do it without paying much attention. After about 15 jumps, if Latios/Latias hasn't jumped out at you, just walk into the cycling building above you, and the position of Latios/Latias will reset. Repeat the process until you find it; it doesn't take long at all; maybe a couple minutes, tops. :D

i suggest using the master ball. its al lot easier. but if u dont have it u have to use a pokemon with mean look to keep it from fleeing. Or using a {wobbuffet} . i hear that its ability keeps the pokemon from fleeing. not 100% percent sure. but 90%

have a mid 50s to 60 poke that knows quick attack to hit it and let it run away, this will take a while but, well worth it. once it gets down to low yellow/high red, if your lucky enough to have a sceptile, use false swipe, or a ninjask/shedinja.

once you get it to 1 hp, have a lvl 40 wobbufet in front, keep chucking balls at it, heal when needed, it took me about 2 minutes of throwing ultraballs then timer balls at it. dont try to poison or burn it, its not good for catching somthing of this calibur
