How often does the berry blending master show up at lilycove on emerald?

I know it is, I've only saw him once and I need just one more purple pokeblock to get milotic, I was hoping it was about once a week or so. I just wished someone knew the answer to this one.

The tv will announce it. Unfortunatly, he dosen't appear every week, month, etc. but I was lucky enough to see him twice on Emerald

I meant to say the berry blender master, I just need one more purple berry to get mty milotic. Why is this soooo hard?

Well, if it was easy then it would be too boring to play. If I knew how, I would offer some of my mass produced Pamtre Berries, but alas, I do not.

Nope, no Milotic. I can't even find those stupid squares! I've been growing meh Pamtres a lot though on my Ruby. Oh yeah, that Pichu you gave me won me the Cool Master Rank contest

I'm making pokeblocks out of the razz berries and just need 1 more to get a milotic that I have been waiting sooo long for so that I can get 1 of the 3 starters from the proffessor. I can hardly wait.
