I'm trying to build a Dark team, but first I wanna know what the best movesets would be before I start.
This is my idea:
@Leftovers
Faint Attack
Shadow Ball
Moonlight
Psychic
@Miracle Seed
Flamethrower
Sunny Day
Solar Beam
Crunch
@Spell Tag
Faint Attack
Fly
Shadow Ball
Drill Peck
@Quick Claw
Faint Attack
Surf
Blizzard/Ice Punch/Icy Wind
Shadow Ball/Dynamic Punch/Iron Tail/Fury Cutter
I don't have access to turored moves, so no Ice Beam, please.
@Dragon Fang/King's Rock
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Outrage
Crunch
Ancient power has really low PP, that's why I don't wanna use it.
@Black Glasses
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Morning Sun
Bite
Espeon is just to get rid of the Fighting types.
What do you think?

Umbreon: Maybe try Sunny Day (to go with Moonlight), instead of Shadow Ball, unless you really want to keep it.
Houdoom: Put Brightpowder on their instead of Miracle Seed.
Murkrow: I haven't tried it but, maybe try Night Shade instead of Fly, just make sure Murkrow is LV.100. Attach Brightpowder.
Sneasel: Ice Punch or Icy Wind not Blizzard, Blizzard has low PP, and pretty bad accuracy.
Tyranitar: I thought that about Ancientpower, but Rock Slide has 90% accuracy, and Ancientpower has 100% and it may even raise all stats, but it's up to you, Rest over Outrage attach Mint Berry.
Espeon: Sunny Day over Shadow Ball (for Morning Sun).
Hope this helps. (note: there's the duplication code if you need more TMS)

Your suggestions are great, thank you, I just got some questions:
Where do I get Brightpowder?
What's better between Icy Wind and Ice Punch?
Tyranitar's got great, almost OHKO, moves (Earthquake, Crunch...), is Rest that necessary?
I think you're right about Ancient Power, I'll just clone some PP Ups to help it.
Oh, another question, how exactly does Beat Up works and is it worth using? I didn't really get the Psypoke definition.

You get Brightpowder from Articuno, Zapdos, Molres and Mewtwo when you trade them from RBY.
Icy Wind does 55 Base Damage and lowers speed (every time)
Ice Punch does 75 damage and may freeze the foe.
Rest could help with with it's speed problem, it's pretty slow so the other poke will probably be able to attack first.
Beat Up: it's a little complcated but,
Beat Does 10 damage using each Pokemon special attack with a base of 10 damage. Meaning it does an attack for each pokemon on your team (that hasn't fainted), if you have Alakazam (High Special Attack), it will do more damage than a pokemon with a lower special attack.

Maybe some Carbos could help to raise Tyranitar's speed, specially if I try Ancient Power or Outrage, since I need to breed, so I can raise it's speed everytime it grows a level. (The box trick is great, isn't it?)

So, basically, I need to level up Umbreon to level 100 to calculate the HP, so, let's say Umbreon's HP is Normal, do I have to start al over again with another Umbreon or what?
I was thinking about Return in Umbreon and Espeon instead of Shadow Ball, since they're in their max happiness stat.
About Sneasel, how about...
@Leftovers
Shadow Ball
Ice Punch
Return
Surf
I need a surfer, plus, I can't get Metal Claw in Gold and Iron Tail is very inaccurate.

Get rid of Rest. Its not neccessary. Also, I can't remember off the top of my head, but I don't think Misdreavous is Dark, but try it! It's really good!
