?, I used "status" not "stat" unless you were reffering to someone else...&

I couldn't make too much sense of your post due to the atrocious run-on you have going there...
But I see what you mean. Zorua, however, looks to me very similar to Poochyena, in body shape especially. First evolutions tend to be smaller and weaker (Zubat and Gible and Bagon, for instance), and therefore don't show the dominant trait as much. To me, Zoroark looks like an ATK-oriented pokemon, while Zorua must be just a smaller version of Zoroark (so it doesn't have many distinguishing traits.)
...just to clean this up for good, I don't mind this too much but I'm just curious of how it will turn out status wise & once I saw the magazine page/cover of Zoroark, it actually looks awesome with the textures added...I like Zorua better though for some reason...

You're using the word "status" as if it were the word "statistic". STATUS=/= STATISTIC.
Lawrence Codye wrote: I'm just curious of how it will turn out status wise
If you were curious about the pokemon turning out status-wise, you would be referring to whether it would be constantly paralyzed, confused, poisoned, infatuated, burned, etc. etc.
If you were curious about the pokemon turning out stat(istic)-wise, you would be referring to its base stats. NOT BASE STATUS, MIND YOU.
They're really quite well-designed pokemon, especially Zoroark...if all the pokemon turn out this well, the game will be awesome no matter how it plays.

Okay...I see what your getting at Lightshayde...Statistics it is...
Anywho, I truly don't care how a pokemon like this turns out as there are plenty of other pokemon & I didn't exactly like Lucario either so...meh...

I'm super-curious about how Zoroark will turn out!
Lucario was lame (sorry). He just became this thing little boys wanted to feel cool.
He became the 4th Gen's Charizard.
Zoroark seems more relatable to Absol or Houndoom, both of which were definitely NOT disappointments.

I'm a firm believer that you can make anything lethal if you do it correctly.
(F.E.A.R. Rattata, anyone?)
So as far as stats go, I'm not too concerned. However, I'm totally aesthetic when it comes to which ones I prefer.
Zoroark looks pretty BA, but so did Lucario. Then everyone loved it.
And it was the "best" thing you could have. That, and Electivire.
I despise them, regardless to the fact that they're outrageously effective in battle.
Point being: I hope Zoroark is commendable. Maybe he really WILL be evil!
Wouldn't that be a delight? They bring back the true Evil nature represented in Team Rocket.
That's the only reason I like Glalie. He's such a break from what Pokemon is right now, Fluffy.
Have you read Glalie's Dex entries? Impressively brutal.

if you want a BA pokemon, take a look at the HG/SS charizard sprite, all its missing is the dark stripes, and it would look exactly like mewtwo's cloned charizard. anyways, evil pokemon....hm....how bout tyranitar, gengar, or weavile?

Ha, I got a little off topic in that last post.
I'm not totally turned on by Evil pokemon (Spoink's my all time favorite, and come on. What's evil about that?)
I just hope they don't make Zoroark another misunderstood hero.
The only reason Darkrai got away with it is because he was a legendary... Just sayin.
That tactic is getting a wee bit old.
But, this is the ONLY pokemon we've seen from Gen V, so there are plenty of chances for Gamefreak to redeem itself. =)

All & all, I just hope it has some kind of new Dark Type attack seeing that it's desperately needed & all...yeah I said it...

You mean a signature attack?
What was Lucario's signature attack?

Lucario's was Aura Sphere. Other pokemon can learn it, but Lucario was known for it.

In which case, there is almost a 100% chance that Zoroark will have its own signature move.

I agree with Spoinkable. Lucario is known for Aura Sphere regardless of who else can learn it. Same with Pidgey et al (FeatherDance), Rattata/Raticate (Hyper Fang and Super Fang), Ekans/Arbok (Glare), Oddish et al (PetalDance), Paras/Pasrasect (Spore), Arcanine (ExtremeSpeed), Ghastly et al (Night Shade), Krabby/Kingler (Crabhammer), Cubone/Marowak (Bone Rush), Hitmonlee (Jump Kick and Hi Jump Kick), Chansey/Blissey (Softboiled), Kangaskhan (Dizzy Punch), Goldeen/Seaking (Waterfall), Staryu (Camouflage), Magikarp (Splash), and many many others. I think ya'll get the idear.

So the Z's are pure Dark-type foxes, but they TOTALLY look like they should be Dark and Fire, no?
I hope they learn Fire Fang/Punch anyway...

Ha. Hahahahaha.
Oh well, I'm sure there'll be TONS of new families with cool stuff to use.
...
Wouldn't it be hilarious if the only new ones were the Z family?
Like, they just reuse a bunch of old Pokemon? Or you finally get to go to the region where the starters reside in the wild?

....................................................................................................................If they do something as evil as ONLY adding the two Z's, i will create an anti-pokemon website posting EVERY mess-up that they have ever made.......................

Are these pkoemon the new starters? I would hate a dark type starter. But I would love a plain old dark type!
