I did read that there is an in-game event having something to do with Arceus. Is there any way to get Arceus in HG/SS?

I don't think that there is a way to get a legit Arceus in game but the event happens when you transfer one over from another game and then you have the choice to create either a lvl 1 Palkia, Dialga, or Giratina.
