First of all, why do you want to change your team after the Elite Four? Is it to upgrade your team so as to challenge Red thereafter? Is it because you want to be able to make use of the new Pokemon which become available after defeating the Elite Four? Understanding the reason behind your decision to shuffle your team would enable us to give better advice.
Do note that your team has several shared weaknesses though. For instance, a good Water Pokemon with Ice type moves would be able to take out Meganium, Magmar, Piloswine and Noctowl.
If you need suggested movesets for your Pokemon, feel free to refer to the GSC In-Game Movesets Guide here: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=7118
Of course, the site's Psydex offers suggested (competitive) movesets too.
