What is a good moveset for Umbreon?

This is my Umbreon now:
Lvl: 59

Nature:Mild

Current moves:
Psychic, Iron Tail, Faint Attack and Moonlight...

Any good suggestions?
Or this moveset is fine already?

Toxitrapper and tank. Mean look, then Toxic. Wis for healing, Baton pass to pass Mean look. Don't attack with Umbreon. He has terrible Att and SpAtt. But this way it's annoying and deadly.

But the last set: If you pass, you better get your speed IV 0 and -Spd nature, thisway its sure that umbreon is get hit by the attack, not the incoming pokemon. Also, Umbreon is a tank, so max out Hp, and then start to invest Defenses. Impish an Bold can both go to physical tank, Careful and Calm to special tank, and Relaxed and Sassy Wispass set. Speed is not so Important stat, usually 20-32 is enough, to outspeed other breons who has no EVs in Spd. But Hp is always maxed out, then split between Defenses. And maybe few EVs for Spd, not crucial tough.

I wouldn't give Umb 144 Spd EVs. A would put 124 of them to Hp. Then I also would add more to Hp. (Last set) And this is my experience from netbattle.
