Location: Umm...that's a good question
Take {salamence} as your dragon (it is the best non legendary dragon)
Grass for me if you want speed is definately {sceptile}.
{gyarados} is the strongest non legendary physical attack pokemon and has somewhat good HP.
Fire is {arcanine} for sure because of its speed.
{jolteon} is another speedy pokemon.
If you want dark {absol} is alright but if you (like me) choose a good HP ghost type it would be {drifblim}.

Yours is good, dragonspear. A few alterations

if you want speed and dark, look no further than.......... why can't i get the picture for weavile? Whatever, pick him.

Electric, probably Raichu would be faster than Jolteon, but he doesn't have that good hp.

Lastly, for dragon i prefer Alteria. But thats just me. If you want impressive looking pokemon, go salamence, or flygon. Both are good. Though alteria is cuter :D

First, why those types? You should be looking for pokemon + battle roles that work together well, not types.

Also, pokemon with good Spd aren't usually trained for good HP, and vice versa. Sweepers usually have high Spd and high Atk/SpA, and tanks have high HP and high Def/SpD.

For Dragon, Garchomp is probably the best.
For Electric, consider Electivire as well.

This is my team and it can beat any type.

{weavile}
{torterra}
{rampardos}
{altaria}
{infernape}
{empoleon}

ice, dark, dragon, flying, rock, grass, ground, fire, fighting, water, steel.
You could have electric instead of rock if you wanted.

Special Attack and Special Defense
There are three types of attacks, Physical, Special and Status

A status move is a move that does no direct damage, but instead causes a weather condition, status effect, or raises or lowers the stats of a Pokémon during battle like growl and double team

A physical move is one in which the user uses its physical strength in order to damage its foes. Damage dealt by a physical move depends on both the Attack stat of the attacking Pokémon and the Defense stat of the defending Pokémon. like karate chop, body slam and quick attack.

A special move is one in which the user does not necessarily have to make contact with its opponent in order to deal damage. In Generation I, special moves cause damage as a function of the Special stats of the two battling Pokémon. In Generation II and Generation III, special moves deal damage as a function of the Special Attack stat of the attacking Pokémon and the Special Defense stat of the defending Pokémon like ice beam, flame thrower and bubble.

You can check if moves are any of these types by going onto the summary for your pokemon and selecting a move.

I hope this was helpful and not too complicated.
