I cant find a pikachu with light ball in emerald even using compound eyes(yanma). I used to have a pichu with volt tackle but it dissapered(might of traded!) Can anyone give me any tips? Please!!!!!!!!

Have "neither" as an option is what I think

Volt-Tackle is good as a kamikaze move, ie - you have 5 hp left, you know you are faster than the opponent, so if you die, might as well bring them down.

But thats only good sometimes. Go with thunderbolt > thunder all of the time, unless you have a rain dance set (you have no business doing that as Surfchu is better with sub > rain dance anyway).

My point - get the lightball, not volt-tackle.

Nasty Plot is a DP move. This is Hoenn Region.
And the only acceptable item for Pikachu EVER is the Light Ball. That makes his SpAtk soar through the roof.
And also lolsurf. The only Pikachus with Surf were in PStadium2 and PBR, iirc.
