I want to train my pokemon up to level 55 - 60 before the Pokemon League but I dont know where to train them.... Can you please suggest any ideas?

Please suggest it would be very appricated, because after i beat the pokemon league I can get my National Dex!

Empoleon and Tentacruel should do fine on Victory Road just walking about and Luxray will have a fun time with the waters just off Sunyshore.

A Lucky Egg really helps to.

%5 chance a Chansey will be holding one.

Extremely rare in otherwords but well worth the effort, it doubles the EXP you recieve in battle when held.

i've been looking for chancey in the area my pokedex says but i just cant find em.... its very annoying....

You can find them in the routes around Solaceon and don't double post just edit your old one.

Hmm... I can find mine in the Trophy Garden, it was one of my daily specials like Castform, Happiny, Minun, etc. try talking to Backlot and see if you get Chansey there?

Omnipotent, the special pokemon only appear after you get the National Dex. Kiz is still trying to kill the Elite Four.

Chansey has a really low encounter rate, so it's going to take a long while. However, it's still a great item.

here's a tip, if you can, import a banette and from there try to get one with frisk (tells you what item the opponent is holding), if you can't its not a big deal, but anyway, put a pokemon with the coumpoundeyes ability in the lead and it'll increase the chances of running into pokemon with items

i got a lucky egg and i switched my bronzong for a haunter so heres my party currently.

Empoleon 59
Staraptor 50
Luxray 50
Tentacruel 51
Dialga 53

I'm going to get them all to level 60 and then challenge Poke League, you think that I'll be able to win with these pokemon?

You can take them down now.

Only thing that worries me is the type overlap with Tentacruel and Empoleon but it could work out fine.

But there is one thing I must stress above all.....

HAVE A POKEMON WITH ICE BEAM!

Your going to want it for Cynthia's Garchomp and Bertha.

Give it to the water with the better Satk stat and that should be the end of that.

does that mean i should try "now" or i should wait till there all lvl 60



"ICE BEAM" heh dont worry my empoleon knows ice beam. Well my Empoleons Spec Atk is like 40 higher than Tentacruels so does that mean i made the right choice to teach it to him?

Getting them to lvl 60 was my plan too
but when i took on the E4
i was able to win the champion title with my pkmn at lvl 54-57 and one at lvl 60
that team can take them out just take some potions and stuff
and i recommend you evolve that haunter
if you want ill help you evolve him

Yes, just be careful with it around Bertha - Empoleon is weak to ground and all her Pokemon know Earthquake. Her hippo is bound to survive shot one because it has lots of HP.

Oh yeah her hippo thing does have a lot of HP but i dont know hopefully i can own it.

Oh and by the way you can beat the E4 with an Azelf lvl 60 with this moveset

You just need a couple of Ethers and Hyper Potions.

is azelf one of those things that appear in the caves at the lakes if so then ok ill level it, which pokemon should i ditch though for it?
