If I had a choice it would be Gallade. I think Gallade is cool. Froslass is something so wierd looking.

I prefer Gallade since at least it has plenty of options. Aside form Spiritomb almost nothing can switch into it safely, and Hypnosis and WoW can cripple most of his counters. He has an Uber movepool and good stats to make it work.

With all of these moves, he can take on almost all of the phyical walls in the game. And unlike Heracross, he is not walled by Gliscor (Ice punch) or Weezing (Psycho Cut 2HKOs).
Unlike other sweepers, he has acces to all kind of status (toxic, WoW, Hypnosis, TW and Confuse ray). I don't really like either of them. They're both unnecessary, inferior to most Pokemon in the competitive scene, and don't look very good.
Despite the above, I prefer Gallade - he's superior in terms of both stats and movepool. |

I'll go with Froslass on which one I'll use the dawn stone on.
Mostly because I already have a Gallade and I was planing on getting them both. Gallade looks cool (to me) and has a wide collection of types to attack with, plus he looks awesome like THIS!

Gallade, hands down. Not only the stats, I have personally trained a ralts lvl 1 to 64 evolving to a gallade wiping out my friends froslass
