How many rare candys

Does anybody know how many rare candies there are in emerald and if possible where? this is not counting pick up or action replay

i would guess about 10. ive played through emerald several times, and i reckon thats about how much i have in my bag at the end. im in the middle of cloning rare candies for my entire emerald collection so when i send them to d/p i have a good supply. its coming out in 2 days in australia - cant wait!!

You can also get them through Pick Up, or cloning if you clone.

I'm pretty sure you can't buy rare candies, I have checked every building in the frontier and no one will sell me any
