I doubt it was my luckiest but my happiest was this afternoon when my evolved into an - I didn't believe I could do it for some reason as last time I looked, my Pokemon were only on 'middle' happiness.
My luckiest might have been when I caught a the other day - before I did, I kept killing it by accident and switching off so I could try again; then it was about to die when it used Fly and I threw an Ultra ball at it mid - air and it caught, yay

i caught feebass on about the 7th tile of water i fished on, when i
first began to start scanning each tile, battling about 5 times on each. when i found it, i caught 3 more, then decided to breed some too
i am right now working on getting a shiny rayquaza, although my collegues doubt it'll happen, but im determined. Also, if i'd known what i now know about shiny's, i would've spent time on my starter for fire red, and tried it with the legendary birds and mewtwo in it too. Im saving before i encounter them, and then soft-reseting (sel,st,a,b), i dont care if u think it'll never happen, but if u know i did something wrong, like because i saved it after a certain point, and it WONT ever happen, let me know
ive always been sceptical about the fact that the legendary shiny will always stay shiny. If i kill it, he's gone though, right?
For example, if i see a shiny rayquaza, i plan (based on that fact) to do my best to catch him w/o a masterball, cause im reluctant to use my masterball (i've always been), but if hes gonna die, i'd run. I tried this out, and ran on a normal rayquaza, he flew off the screen (this is outside the battle), i walked out of the room and back in and he was there again. If he was shiny, would he still be shiny the second time?

Not sure about your question, but if you see a shiny ledgendary, don't be a fool. Use your Master Ball. Every pokemon in the game is catchable with Ultra Balls/other types, so don't risk losing something as rare as a shiny ledgendary by not using your Master Ball.

Nothing on Sapphire had been lucky for me yet, even Feebas was just patience and a large amount of much needed sanity. But for unluckiest, once a level 30 wild Chinchou came irritatingly close to fainting my level 63 Sceptile. (Curse the evilness of confuse ray!!)

I think one of my lucky moments was in Emerald, when I was catching pokemon to send to my firered... I was doing the Hop thing that the acro bike does hoping to get a Volbeat, and ran into Latias instead. I was pretty stoked.
I can't think of unlucky moments, I've had too much of them....

all I HAVE N RUBY SAPPHIRE & EMERALD ARE unlucky MOMENTS(AND SOME IN DIAMOND WHICH I WILL SAY FOR THE RECORD )
The one lucky moment: after 00:52 time in diamond i found a shiny which i suppose isnt very lucky.
UNLUCKY:(where to start?):Emerald: shiny abra teleported after an ultra went "shoot!it was so.....blah....
Ruby: 4 shinys in battle tower
sapphire: shiny poochyena at the start(im not lying and dont ask me how but it was ORANGE )
Diamond: a shiny patch of grass that i was going over to got interuptted by a normal pokemon!!!
this was a bit lucky but its happened to me so many times i dont really value it anymore (about 5 times): i got pokerus randomly

I never really am much lucky with pokemon games, and sapphire is no exception.
I guess my luckiest moment was finding feebas... And that wasn't that lucky since I spent 2 hours searching for it.

Luckiest moment- On Firered I found a shiny legit Spearow not with a gameshark and I found it when I was training my Totodile.
Unluckiest moment- When I found that Spearow, I had no pokeballs with me.

my luckiest moment was when steven's metagross (his last pokemon) missed my groudon (who only had alittle health left, and was my last pokemon) and i was able to finish him with fire blast. I was so nervous i was going to lose and have to do it all again.
