i was training my pikachu in vermillion city when the game froze for a couple of seconds then went back to normal i was in a battle with a drowzee when it unfroze i was in front of the pokemon center and i checked my party and my ekans (second in party) had had its moved made into pikachus moves so it had thunder shock and growl

no i havnt used any cheats in pokemon but a week after the glitch my game reset and now my character has a blue hat and his animation dosnt move it just like floats

Are you certain you purchased an ACTUAL version of the games, and not a fake version? Because it sounds like your game is seriously screwed up.

Yes a fake is what it sounds like to me too, I bought one from Taiwan that was a fake that did the exact same thing to me.

Was it used? I'm not sure if K-Mart offers used games, but still.
