Is there any way of calculating the damage that Return is capable of inflicting, with exception of asking the woman who tells you how much your pokemon likes you?

I think that the calculation is the same, just the power of the attack is different depending on the amount the pokemon likes you.

Yeah, although Frustration is the second worst move ever. So my Milotic will have a base damage of 102 with return because the woman in verdanturf tells me Awa couldn't love me any more, and it makes her happy seeing it?
