how long is a day in RSE I have the dept store sale in 2 days and I REALLY dont want to miss it

...a Day. Basically I believe that if you set the time correctly, the game's time should work about the same as real world.

RSE uses an internal battery to keep track of time accurately. Therefore, a day in game is as long as a real day

No, the clock cannot be changed after you set it at the beginning of the game.
