As it can technically learn any move, that must mean it can learn attract. I'm just wondering, would attract used by a Mew get both genders, fail on anything and therefore be a waste of a slot, or work on genderless as well?
I don't really know as have yet to try this (I do have a Mew though, I love the RBY glitch).
