#1 is true, I think there is a base on an island there on that route.
#2 is false, Wingull can't pick up items. their ability is Keen Eye.

#1 is false because route 133 is a giant current, with no Secret Bases on it. (yeah, there's land, but I believe I've explored the entire route and have found no secret bases)
#2 is true because Wingull can learn Thief.
if I get it right, I have to get off soon, so HOLD YER HORSES till tomorrow little children. of course if it's wrong ignore this.

That's Correct.
But although #2 it's true, you can get an item from a Wingull in a different way: In Fortree city there is a Boy with a Wingull and if you talk to the boy, the Wingull will fly to Mosdeep. Then, if you talk to a little girl with the same Wingull at Mosdeep, the Wingull will return to Fortree and if you talk to the Fortree boy again, it will give you a Mental Herb and he will say that Wingull was holding it.
That was the answer I was expecting to see, but since you can get an item from a Wingull with Thief, Gardevoir~'s response is also correct.

All right, I'm on. Riddle tyme.
Unfortunately, I have the crappy tech camp computer, so refer to the scoreboard for the scores.
1. Espeon used Growth!
Espeon's Special Attack rose!
Foe Crobat used Wing Attack!
A critical hit!
Espeon fainted!
2. Foe Crobat is fast asleep.
Espeon used Nightmare!
[insert nightmare dialogue here]
<next turn>
Foe Crobat woke up!
Foe Crobat used Bide!
[Bide dialogue here]
I might have gotten the dialogue wrong, but all the important stuff is in there.

1. Is false because Espeon can't learn growth. Neither can Eevee.
2. Is correct because Espeon can learn nightmere

Both incorrect.
Hint: TMs
EDIT: I sincerely apologize, I got something wrong in my riddle. I've edited it accordingly, but since both of you gave an incorrect reason, your guesses are still wrong.

#1 is incorrect, Espeon can't possibly learn growth
#2 is correct, crobat can learn bide if taught the tm as a golbat on RBY.

I already said that both of the posters above you (not including me of course) had the wrong reason why #1 could be incorrect.
Okay, I gave some of it away, somebody end my misery.

#1 Is true; Espeon can learn growth via NYC PC as an eevee
#2 Is false; Espeon can ONLY learn nightmare via XD, and crobat can ONLY learn bide via TM in RBY, so they can't ever battle.

Correct. I did have Curse instead of Bide, but I looked at the Psydex and it learns it in the Advanced Generation (or PD but whatever) via egg move, so I had to edit it.

Could we do more than two options Metavoir? That would make it more difficult.

It's my first shot at this, but here goes:
#1. In Red version, my mew used hypnosis on a hypno and it woke up on the next turn!
#2. In LeafGreen, a wild zigzagoon just lived through my venusaur's frenzy plant!
Both were in-game...

#1 is false because Mew doesn't learn hypnois my level up. And there is no TM for it.
#2 IS true because it could have a focus band.

Well, you just pointed out an error in my thing, but you are incorrect!
I'll change it now... edit your guess if you so desire.

I think #1 is incorrect, since Mew can learn Hypnosis via XD, thus in the Red version this is imposible.
The #2 one, albeit, is weird. A wild Zigzagoon could not appear in LG nor it could have a Focus Band at wild... I think.

#1 is TRUE. Metranome.
#2 is false since a wild zigzgoon could not possibly live through frenzy plant and does not hold focus band. Unless it used covet.....but you cannot catch one that high leveled.

#1 is true if you use metronome
#2 is false because there are no wild ziggies in LG

Closer, but you still haven't gotten it...
Think, what could mew get in RBY that it couldn't in other games?

#1 is TRUE. It used MIMIC.
#2 is false since a wild zigzgoon could not possibly live through frenzy plant and does not hold focus band. Unless it used covet.....but you cannot catch one that high leveled. Also you can't find a wild one in leafgreen.

#1 is true if mew used MIMIC on the hypno earlier in the battle
#2 is false, there are no wild ziggies in FRLG

HaHa! I posted first . Don't you just hate it when that happens? It happens to me a lot. For some reason people find the urge to press the submit button in RP right when I do. And then I have to edit it .
P.S. I applied for your RP by the way.
