I could, but a) I feel these are fair prizes and b) we don't want to add too many Psybucks to the economy.

I thought so. But if you want more psybucks in circulation, then how about a small increase to every person's psybuck account? It'll increase circulation, and as long as it's not too much, you won't have too many.
