Man you need to review your Ttar set. I recommend:
@ Leftovers/Life Orb
Sandstream / Jolly or Adamant
255 Atk, 255 Spd
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Crunch
Dragon Dance
This is the standart DDancer TTar. This guy is made to be a physical sweeper, so be sure to NOT include Dark Pulse. Leer is worthless, and Sandstorm will be useless when your pup evolves - so teach him Stone Edge (idk if he learns it ). Basically, just redo all of his moveset.
For Gengar, I would recommend a Special Sweeper strategy...But if you don't want to change the attacks, so be it.
EDIT : I forgot about Espeon...Oh wait, it's because it's a sucky Pokemon in my opinion. I use Alakazam, wich is better, with great results in the Battle Tower. He has Psychic, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball and Focus Blast - and he just wrecks trough entire teams.

lol a espeon has a faster speed than a alakazam (looked up in this sites pokedex) also its spatk is high. so calm mind + shadow ball = pwn alakazam

With Alakazam and Espeon, neither are necessarily always 100% better than the other. They typically fill slightly different roles. Personally I think Espeon is awesome. You're Espeon unfortunately though... is probably not going to be that awesome in the long run.
You'll be wishing he had Baton Pass, because he's a great Calm Mind passer. And you can go the "EspyJump" route and give him Substitutes to setup and pass. I suppose if you stick with the current Espeon you have and give it moves it can still learn or be tought I'd go with Psychic, Shadowball, Calm Mind, and a supporting move. Substitute or Moonlight would be decent enough choices I suppose.
If your Eevee learned Baton Pass (Lvl 36) before you let him evolve into Espeon you can take him to the move rememberer guy and give him a heartscale to have Espy relearn Baton Pass. Again, I highly recommend Baton Pass... its what makes the Eeveelutions great versatile pokemon. Without it, honestly most struggle to shine.
I'd definitely rethink your Gengar set. One damaging attack, and one that depends on Sleep status first is NOT a good strategy for a fast but fragile special attacker like Gengar. He has TONS of options, but as a supporting pokemon, there are better choices.

speaking of Espeon pwn Alakazam, i dunno but i do know that espeon is the best dream eater in the game. some feedback would be great on either of these movesets for esper
Esper @ focus band
Timid; Synchronize; 252 spd 252 spA 4HP
Yawn (egg)
Dream eater (tutor in RSE or TM)
Protect
Dbl Team
or
Yawn
Dream eater
Calm Mind
Baton Pass--to get away from nasty darks
which would be better, though they both rock

I tested that with my Vaporeon and it doesn't work. Although, my Vaporeon learned Baton Pass as an egg move, but I doubt that makes a difference.
Wish is another common move on the Eeveelutions. It's very useful. I don't trust Focus Band though. It only has 10% chance of activation, whereas Focus Sash is guranteed to work, as long as your health is full (wish and protect helps). One time in the Battle Tower, a Camerupt had a Focus Band that activated 2 times. It was very lucky.
