You can also take part in numerous activities and competitions, such as quizzes and Song Games, in the Activities and Competitions Forum Section.

I've decided to donate people Psybucks when they answer a question in Help. So if you want Psybucks, check that forum often. (Note, I mean by ANSWERING the question, not making stupid replies that are just spam.)
Edited (NField/28 May 2006): I will do this as well.

There are a number of ways you can get PsyBucks:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) You will automatically get 50 PsyBucks when you sign up to the forums. Those which have already signed up will receive 50 PsyBucks.
2) If you join a Team, or are a member of a Team before December 31st 2005, you will get 25 PsyBucks on Dec 31st.
3) If the Admins spot you helping out other users, they will reward you with some PsyBucks as a reward. They will NOT reward back seat moderating.
4) If you compete in the Art Competitions, you will earn some PsyBucks for competing, and PsyBuck prizes will be rewarded. These will be outlined in the competiton threads.
5) If you compete in the Song Games, you will earn some PsyBucks for competing, and PsyBuck prizes will be rewarded. These will be outlined in the competiton threads.
6) Psypoke Trivia - When trivia is held, PsyBucks will be up for grabs.
7) Certain site competitions which will be announced in the future will involve PsyBucks being rewarded.
8 ) Completing the PsyQuest will earn you 25 PsyBucks. This is a one off.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Foundo on page 4. Now, with this information in mind, why didn't I get 25 psybucks?[/b]

Please continue this rivalry thing via PM, or you two will be challenging each other for disciplinary action. I do not know why you did not receive the Psybucks, so please wait patiently for someone in the know to answer your question.

Thank you sN0wBaLL for the response to my question.
Edit: For the trainer card, it request me to enter the psyquest code. where is that? Or is that only if I get a 10/10?

The Psyquest Code should have been given upon completion of the Psyquest. I think you need a minimum score of 8 (or perhaps 9?), and not just a "passing" mark of 5.

Seeing as the only code available is the entire chunk of text in the text box, use that. (Yes, I re-took the Psyquest to check it out myself )

pokemon_rox_my_sox:
No. If you look at the trainer card request form, they ask you to insert psyquest code. I believe that you get a code when you hit 8/10, 9/10, and 10/10.
To sN0wBaLL:
I got 10/10.
How do I report this to attain my psybucks (sorry for being a nag, but I like $$.)?

Unfortunately it's something we never quite got around to implementing. The only prize for completing the Psyquest is a trainer card ribbon.
My apologies.
I've updated the Psybucks announcement accordingly.

I have a question.
If I wanted to make a new user under a new name, and I had say 50 Psybucks with registering, and I wanted my Psybucks from my other username (Say I had 150) I could donate 100, then I wouldn't have any more than I did before. Would that be reasonable?

No, since you're not supposed to have multiple accounts in the first place.

Thank you for clearing that up. I'm surprised noone really brought it up before.
As a response to krysten, and sorry for going OT), where can you change info? And, is it possible to change the username?

Yes, it is possible to change your username. By saving up enough Psybucks, you can redeem them for a username change. This will become easier later down the road when there are more ways to earn Psybucks.
And no, you're not allowed to create another account because you "want a new name." Doing so will get you at the very least put on probation. Transferring Psybucks from one account to another (both of them being your own, of course) is a bannable offense.

Given your join date, it was probably an error made by the administrators, or something similar. Everyone is supposed to start with 50 Psybucks when they join; if you started with more, it was probably in error.
And, in the future, use the Edit button (on each of your posts) if you have something to change or add, instead of double posting (posting twice with nobody posting in between)

This truely is a pretty amazing system and with the title I was wondeing, could it be possible to have some sort of bank you could interest in? I think that'd be cool and adding a little more realism to currency, just a thought....

A bank? It might be difficult to program in, and, besides, the numbers below your name is already a good store of this "money", serving as a bank account of some sorts.
